Just ordered this belt off of Amazon, the reviews sound promising. Does anyone have any experience with this belt & has it helped?

Just curious-you already ordered it- why are you asking now?

and for what it's worth- it's a waste of money.

Good thing it was cheap. The included exercise and food journal is what caused those peoples weight loss. A simple piece of neoprene wrapped around your midsection won't do anything for you other than cause you to sweat. You'd get better results wearing a dry suit under your clothes.

Well I'm going to try it out regardless. I just wanted to know if anyone had any personal experience with it and if it helped at all.

Thanks, it is cheap. I'm not trying to just use that to lose weight. I've been consistently working out and I thought this might help in keeping my core tight & help me sweat more.

It may at a stretch lose some water weight inches like a thermal wrap at a spa, or wrapping yourself in clingfilm, but it will be temporary and certainly won't be fat. Although if it makes you feel more motivated I can't see it being any harm. xxx

I haven't had this but I bought one of those cheap muscle contracting belts when I was 20, thinking that I could just watch telly whilst the thing gave me a six pack... nope :P

Good thing Amazon has a return policy. Use it.
