Oh, I always said that if I'd reach 200 pounds I would shoot myself, yet right now I'd love to weigh 200 lbs.0

I will help and encourage you on your journey as much as I can. Add me if you'd like. It's tough and very hard to do on your own.0

just take each day as it comes. Eat at a deficit and shake your booty each day and it will help you on your way0

I think it is helpful to take small steps in the right direction. If you try to be perfect, you may get discouraged and give up. For example, when I started my plan, I decided to eat our regular food, the same food I cook for the family. I eat less of it and eat more veggies. And I quit eating so much junk and sweets. That was the whole plan. Since then I have tweaked my food plan a bit and exercise a little. I am going strong even though all my previous weight loss attempts failed. This one works because it's real life food. Try not to be too severe on changes all at once because it is hard to keep going if you do. Feel free to look at my food diary and you can see I eat real food, and a lot of food. Add me if you want. I log every day.0

It is nice to see that my fitness pal works for you. I have started so many time and now that I'm a diabetic and at the highest weight I'm devastated. But I have to take it one day at the time. How do you add someone to your circle of fitness pals?0

Hey!
I'm new to MFP, but have high hopes for success here! I am 22, married, and mommy to a perfect 6 week old boy. I am friendly, smart, and joke around a lot. I love being a stay at home mommy and wife. I'm very happy with my life, the only problem is, I LOVE FOOD. I have never been comfortable with my weight. Growing up I was always on the chubby side, once I got to high school I began running 2 miles a day and lost 60 lbs. That being said, once I entered the real world, I quit exercising and gradually over the past 4 years had gained most of it back. I then found out I was pregnant (yay!) and though I've lost all of my pregnancy weight except 8 lbs, my body looks so much different than before, and I'm just not comfortable with myself, despite my husband constantly assuring me I am beautiful and look great. I absolutely hate exercise and find it hard to be motivated with a new baby and household chores. I want to make the change and like myself again. Feel free to add me!0
