So I'm trying to get into cardio, which I hate. Twice now I've tried jogging in place and about 15 minutes in, the middle toe on my right foot goes numb. What's up with that?!?

It can be that your shoes are too small, or that your laces are too tight, and it's compressing a nerve. Make sure there's some wiggle room for your toes and laces

Same thing happened to me! It turned out to be my shoes because I started doing all my workout videos in my bare feet and the problem was solved..0

That's a strange one, I know after I've been on the cross-trainer for a while my toes go numb. No idea why, maybe we are using the wrong footwear?!
