i have been working out for quite a while now but something i have noticed is that if i work out while on my period it is alot heavier than if i don't work out.
2months ago i worked out when i had TOM....it lasted 7days and was quite heavy
last month i skipped working out on those days, it was normal and only lasted 4days
has anyone else noticed this? i really don't know if to keep working out and endure the extra 3days, or just skip those days

Mine tend to vary in heaviness from month to month so I can't really say, but what I do notice is that if I exercise I don't gain water weight, if I don't exercise I see a gain of around 3-4lbs on the scale until its gone.0

i dont think its anything to worry about, but i actually thought that the more active you are the less heavy it should be. but its probably different for everyone. if it's not causing you extra pain, just extra bleeding, i would keep working out.0

Mine is heavier too, when I work out during TOM. But I noticed that my cramps (and they are usually giving me true hell) are a lot easier with the work outs. So I do work out, just to feel less pain.0

Yeah, I tend to find that more activity=heavier tom. I dunno. I hate periods and wish there were a way to be freeee forever!!!0

There is, but you have to have a medical condition or after three babies...i asked when i was 18. Or you can try and figure out how to hit menopause early and get your uterus taken out...if you figure it out, let me know...i don't want babies, or my period lol0
