New to site and need support

I was introduced to this site by a friend and I am hoping to lose 50 lbs. I need help maintaining a weight loss. It is hard for me to lose but when I do it does not stay off. I need support and help.

We are on the same boat. I can easily slack off I am not tracking my meals and do not exercise. It is a battle! My biggest hurdle right now is controlling my carb intake.0
