I'm a mom and for the last 16 months after having my son it just seems so hard to get the excess weight off! I have tried a few things, eating less, eating healthier, and exercising but I haven't been motivated enough to stick to it! I don't want to spend money on a personal trainer or a weight loss program! Any Advice???

Jogging stroller? Long walks. Try to find things that you can do with your child as you workout.0

Any other suggestions?? I live in Connecticut and the snow has been pretty bad lately!0

When the snow melts, take your son out for walks with you and show him new things. :happy:0
