I know i have a long way to got but i have lost 46lbs!! and still going! Im so glad i took these pictures! sometimes you just need to SEE your results because we all have days where we just dont feel like all your hard work has done any good :)

    you are looking really good! Really see a big difference in your shoulders, tummy and hip areas! well done! It took me a while to realise the photos were side by side....I thought it was someone else beside you taking the photo as you look so different!!! Those photos must really inspire you to keep going when you see what you have achieved!!
