Hello! I am going through a total binge day due to the snow and being indoors all day.
I have been good all week but today I have eaten:
oatmeal for breakfast,
Then 3 cake pops,
6 slices of blueberry bundt cake,
2 chocolate chip cookies,
pita chips,
and bread with butter ....I weigh 96 pounds and I'm wondering if there could be any permanent weight gain damage by tomorrow due to this binge day???? thank you

Please girl, I could eat that in 20 minutes. You're fine, just don't keep doing it.0

I'm not being mean when I say this but eat more!! 96 lbs? I hope you're short.0

Eat some real food, all those carbs are just making you crave more sugary, carby stuff.
Have a hot dog or a piece of chicken or some scrambled eggs.0 -

If this is not a common occurrence I think you will be okay - put down the bundt and slowly back away :noway:0 -
will you see it on the scale tomorrow? Not if you don't step on the scale. If it's a weigh in day, then yes, you probably will. It won't be permanent, but you'll see it. It doesn't matter much as long as you don't do that very often.
The advice to eat more protein to curb these carb cravings is sound. It is one thing that has worked to help me stop bingeing
I too hope you are very short as 96 pounds is very light.0 -
I'm not sure what you mean by permanent damage since tons of people eat like that daily and then lose weight later and keep it off.0

I am 5'4 inches tall...but I dont know what happens sometimes I just crave all these sweet carby things but I do think I have a protein/iron deficiency because my arms and legs are always falling asleep0

You are underweight!!!
You're craving that crap because it tastes good. I crave it too, every single day of my life. You have to be strong, there is no other way around it. If you can't control it then don't even start. Eat real food and you won't crave it so much.
Sheesh, you're going to wither away to nothing. Why can't I eat that crap and be thin??0 -

You should be eating more, you're pretty tiny. 5'4 98 pounds?0 -

Exactly. You're craving FOOD. Sugary things are what we all crave. The way to combat that is to eat protein, vegetables, and some carbs. Not carbs carbs carbs.
You are slowly starving to death. No wonder your arms and legs go to sleep, no wonder you are craving food. You need food.
You should be eating a lot more than you are. Please see a doctor.0 -
Thank you for your responses everyone its nice to get a second opinion0
