It's Valentines Day and those chocolates are staring me right in the face!

Don't do it chief! if you craving chocolate its because your body is lacking in magnesium, try a banana or a handful of nuts and the craving will go away and always think about how mad you'll be with yourself later when you're inputting your food for the day that you had those chocolates! stay strong!0

There is a saying that goes like this " a moment on the lips is forever on the hips". If your just starting out I would say avoid the candy. After you have done this for awhile you an slowly add it back, a little at a time.

Put the chocolates somewhere where you don't have to look at them. Try the banana like someone else posted. You could even put a little peanut butter on it. You will feel very proud of yourself for not eating the chocolate.0

There are two sides to this:
1.) You could avoid all chocolate, and keep it a diet.
2.) You could eat the chocolate in moderation, and make it a lifestyle choice.
I would eat a bit of chocolate, it's not a cheat, it's a treat!0
