Longer exercise sessions and more rest days?

If you exercised say, 6 hours a week but did 2 hours a day 3x/wk would that be okay versus 1 hour sessions 6x/wk? Would there be a difference in results from doing it one way or the other?

I think that during 2 hr session you'll have about 30 minutes in your aerobic zone and 60 min in some fat-burning regimen + 30 min of warming up and cooling down. In 1 hr session you could be in aerobic zone for maybe 40-45 min.
I think that 1 hr each day will get you to your goals sooner.
Besides, you could eat more everyday if you exersise every day.
I love to eat:flowerforyou:0
