Getting fit and healthy

Hello my fellow travelers in this fitness journey:)

My name is Angela, and I must say there is nothing like a health scare to help you to decide to get fit! Also, I want to look good when I graduate (I am a mature student, age 52) and am making lifestyle changes weekly to help me toward my goal... I believe it is essential that I live a healthy lifestyle as an example in the field I hope to be in when I graduate with a BTH Pastoral, and BRE Counseling tucked under my 30 " belt...

Question: What one change have you made in your lifestyle that has made a significant difference in your weight loss/fitness journey?

    Equipping myself with the right tools.

    Good kitchen scales, decent workout gear, a Fitbit and a good pair of trainers.

    Really gives you motivation and helps you stay on track.

    I exercise 6 days a week. I also drink mostly water 85% of the time.
