Okay so I started my weightloss journey about six months ago and have lost approx 25 pounds.I start of my morning with kashi lean cereal with milk and coffee and my lunch would consist of eggs and breads snacks would be yogurt nuts or fruit and dinner would be fish or lentil and whole grains (brown rice or bread) . I just started counting calories and it would show I ate 100 calories less? Im supposed to eat atleast 1200 . I did search up some symptoms of undereating which are irrregular periods feeling cold all the time etc and IM FEELING COLD ALL THE TIMEAND DID HAVE IRREGULAR PERIODS LST MONTH?! I lost about 4-6 pounds a month which is a healthy weightloss!! I felt sk happy that I lost weigh but now I feel bad Because I dont want to undereat and and when I go to maintainance I gain all the weight back?! I flleel frustrated and confused?!

When you go to maintenance, weight just doesn't show up over night, especially true fat. It takes 3,500 calories to gain a TRUE POUND.

What you're seeing is glycogen levels raising, especially with an increase of carbs (it levels off after a week) and a little bit of water weight. To me 1,100 seems really low.

Go here and calculate your needs properly (SLIGHT adjusting might be required, but not a lot):

And if you decide to do maintenance level calories.... give it a week or two and let your body get use to the extra food /nutrients/ calories before you "think" your gaining weight.
