Food Recommendation

Hello Everyone,
I have been eating very less for last 4 months..from last 10 days i have started feeling very weak and i do feel shaky sometimes when is stand up...i was very very weak day before yesterday..so i switched to maintaince from losing weight yesterday and ate more,..and didn't exercised just to give my body some rest...
I am feeling much better then before..but i am sure it will take few more days to fully recover...
Can someone please suggest me some food, veggies and fruits to recover quickly and without gaining any weight,..i mean no junkies or oily food...

1st.... your body always needs a rest day, or days during the week. I don't care who you are, how fit you are, period. YOU NEED REST. Why you weren't doing this in the first place is beyond me.
2. Foods don't make you fat, excess calories do. Eat whatever YOU ENJOY, not what we enjoy.
3. You obviously need to up your calories a little bit, and incorporate at least two rest days in the week.0 -
Yes i am going to give my body rest atleast once every week...right now i am focused on getting my body active again..
i am actually looking for food that can help me reduce my weakness quickly0
