Go forth and conquer the world by choosing sugar free gum instead of delicious desserts. You'll feel so good about yourself afterwards! Just focus on the mental picture of the high horse you'll be on when your friends tell you later about eating chocolate covered strawberries in bed, but you were strong enough to abstain and substitute gum! You can do it!

UMMM, let's don't chew the gum and say we did. And let's have dessert and say we didn't. I like that idea much better:laugh: I am usually pretty disciplined with my eating, but today I will be making an exception.0

I have two packs of the root beer float kind in my glove compartment right now.... won't make that mistake again. Blech! I say eat the real dessert...eat ALL DA DESSERTS, and don't feel guilty about it.0
