so have been on and off here for a couple of years.
i have a history of anorexia but am now recovered.
i am getting married this december and would like to lose 7lbs and then maintain.
looking for support buddies, i will give back, really really could do with some on here.

    Lovely news about the wedding too - how exciting! Sounds like you are not far from your ideal weight (and you have done so well to overcome all your past demons). Your plan sounds very sensible, and I wish you luck with it.
