Any tips on how to correct poor posture?

When I was younger I tried to hide my way developed chest and it just stuck with me. As I got heavier it got worse.

On a side note....why is it that the first thing to go for ladies is your boobies? I swear all of the 10lbs I've lost so far came out of my bra :(

Cause that is where we have the most fat?:ohwell:
  • Oh my gosh, I've lost like 2 inches in my chest!!! It's crazy. When I first noticed the first inch disappear I was like what the heck. Breasts actually weight a lot. My sister is going to have breast reduction and she's going to lose about 10 to 12 pounds in each one. Don't be too alarmed, it's normal :)
  • I have always had a small chest (sigh), so I don't know if I can be much help. Concentrate on pulling your shoulders back and stand like you are "willing" yourself to be taller. I hope that made sense, lol.

Pretend like there's a string coming out of the very top of your head, and its being pulled straight up, lengthening your spine. Then just pull your shoulders back to wherever looks good and doesn't hurt.

Thanks ladies....its just proving to be hard because I've never wanted to be one of those girls who walk around like I'm trying to show the girls off....haha!
