Men's Fitness Diet

HI there, I'm new to weight loss and was wondering if this men's fitness diet was any good, what do you think?

Breakfast:
Woolworths - Australian 100% Beef Patty, 250 g
Nuts - Almonds, 50 g

Lunch:
Spinach - Raw, 1 cup
Woolworths - Australian 100% Beef Patty, 200 g

Dinner:
John West - Tuna In Springwater 95g Can, 190 g can
Asparagus - Cooked, boiled, drained, 100 g

Snack 1:
Chicken - Breast, meat only, cooked, roasted, 200 g
Frozen - Steamed Brocolli, 1 cup

Snack 2
Chicken - Breast, meat only, cooked, roasted, 200 g

Kilojoules Carbs Fat Protein Sodium Sugar

  • Like TavistockToad said, I mean there are carbs in there from the vegetables just no rice or anything like that?

    I'd throw in a serving or two of brown rice here and there.

    Having 2 beef patties and 2 chicken breasts and close to 1/2lb of canned tuna everyday would make me go off the deep end.

    You're going to eat that every day for the rest of your life?

    If not, why not try eating whatever you like but just a bit less so you're in a calorie deficit?

    That sounds like the dullest diet ever. I give it a week maybe less.
