Can I trust these results? 8lbs and 5% BF lost in 2 weeks

Hello,
I have been really dedicated and logging my food almost with 100% accuracy for the past 2 weeks and been doing relatively light exercise - half an hour weight session in the gym every other day and in the days in between going for a half an hour light jog.
I've been eating quite badly-quite a bit of processed food and a LOT more carbs then I'm used to- approx 200g a day vs never allowing myself to go over 50-75g a day.
Here are my results from the exact same Boots weight and BF machine from the last 3 weeks.. it seems almost too good to be true? Can I trust the machine?!
SW: 10st 10lbs BF 28.5% (Boots Machine)
W @ week 1: 10st 7lbs BF 26.4% (Same Boots Machine)
CW @week 2: 10st 2lbs BF 23.7% (Same Boots Machine!)
Thanks

In regards to BFP I have been told that when I go for my body composition analysis test I must go at the same time of day at the same time of month each time for accuracy as female hormones at different times of the month can alter the results quite drastically.
EDIT: I use the fancy machine at the gym that a trainer controls and I'm not supposed to eat for three hours before either. Not sure I would trust the boots one quite so much seems more of a gimmick0 -
Mathematically that says you lost 9.1 lbs of fat and gained 1 lb of fat-free mass. Not sure that helps ;-)0

haha thankyou yarwell
yes it also says my fat mass is 15.3kg this week compared to 17.5kg last week which means that the 5lb I lost are all fat mass?!!0 -
still feel like it's too good to be true0
