Well last week I didnt stick to the plan, I didn't log my food and I did no proper exercise. FAIL. However I have managed to lose a little (weird!?) so I will be very very good next week to starve off the poor effort this week! Have a good week everyone xxx

Kind of dissapointing since my pound represents nearly 2.5 weeks. They were a hard 2.5 weeks though with tons of distractions, vacation, and FIVE hoilday meals. I've got three holiday meals left over the next two week then two Christmas dinners and I should survive. I'm looking forward to some getting some of my time back in Jan!0 -

Man...I am so bummed...but I had it coming. With my lack of exercise this past month (due to being sick) + bad eating + HORRIBLE eating over Thanksgiving weekend = a gain. At least it's only 2.5 pounds and not more, but I am still bummed. I now need to get back on track. I am no longer sick and no longer in a holiday, so I have NO excuses. I just need some willpower and motivation. I need a plan...
I am going to work on the 30 day shred again. I want to complete 30 days before New Years. That means I can only take a few days off. I HAVE TO DO IT!!! I so badly want to get to my new video, but I know I am WAY too out of shape at the moment. I also want to get in a run a few days a week either outside or on the treadmill. But I will focus on getting in my shred for now...that will be my main goal.
As far as food goes, we are headed into the Christmas baking season. Ugh... It's so hard because I LOVE sweets! It's my weakness! And I plan on doing a bunch of baking this year! Kadence and I are going to make gingerbreadmen and candy cane cookies...there are a bunch! It's going to be my biggest challenge this season not to eat them. I think the plan will be to freeze them. And I also plan on bringing a bunch to give away to people at work. I CAN DO IT!!!!
SO...yesterday was a bad eating day, and today won't be great either. We are having a pizza party for lunch today as a celebration for our good safety measures. But as far as the rest of the day goes, I will be good. AND I will get in my shred this evening!

Man...I am so bummed...but I had it coming. With my lack of exercise this past month (due to being sick) + bad eating + HORRIBLE eating over Thanksgiving weekend = a gain. At least it's only 2.5 pounds and not more, but I am still bummed. I now need to get back on track. I am no longer sick and no longer in a holiday, so I have NO excuses. I just need some willpower and motivation. I need a plan...
I am going to work on the 30 day shred again. I want to complete 30 days before New Years. That means I can only take a few days off. I HAVE TO DO IT!!! I so badly want to get to my new video, but I know I am WAY too out of shape at the moment. I also want to get in a run a few days a week either outside or on the treadmill. But I will focus on getting in my shred for now...that will be my main goal.
As far as food goes, we are headed into the Christmas baking season. Ugh... It's so hard because I LOVE sweets! It's my weakness! And I plan on doing a bunch of baking this year! Kadence and I are going to make gingerbreadmen and candy cane cookies...there are a bunch! It's going to be my biggest challenge this season not to eat them. I think the plan will be to freeze them. And I also plan on bringing a bunch to give away to people at work. I CAN DO IT!!!!
SO...yesterday was a bad eating day, and today won't be great either. We are having a pizza party for lunch today as a celebration for our good safety measures. But as far as the rest of the day goes, I will be good. AND I will get in my shred this evening!

Please send prayers or well wishes up for me that day! :-D Oh, and I'm trying to eat foods that I make from home/ no fast food (day 2 of that.... was like 15 days no fast food... but went and bought a fry and hot fudge sundae!)
And I know the challenge is going to be over before my next goal but I am aiming to lose 10 pounds by the new year. That is like 5 weeks, so a little over 2 lbs a week seems doable! I am doing my best to eat 1200-1400 cals/day and workout. I'll go harder after I finish my test.0 -
