HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello MFP family and friends,
Okay so I have a question well more of an issue that I have came across in the general diet and weight loss section. Now, I have started my diet December 16, 2013. As of February 12, 2014 I am down 27 lbs (Yay me!), I have achieved this by eating 1200 calories a day and burning about 700-800 calories by working out 5-6x a week. I usually eat during the day and work out at night. When I get home from the gym, I usually go to sleep (after I shower lol) now I found out that I am suppose to EAT my calories back that I burn? I am not hungry after I work out so do I have to eat? I usually wake up from hunger pains around 6 am but that is the normal time I usually wake up every day. So my question is.....................If I don't eat my calories back, will that affect me later on in my weight loss journey or should I eat when I am hungry?

If you're following MFP's plan, then yes you should be eating that burn. How about this though...if you know you're going to the gym tonight and know you'll burn, say, 200 calories....you can just fold another hundred or so (being conservative....) right into your meals and snacks all day. At the end of the day, it comes out the same....you don't have to burn first and then eat...you can eat and then burn. Does this help?0

Thanks for the advice. It helps a little but the thing is when i go to the gym I will tell myself that I will only do treadmill or stationary bike for 30 mins only then go home. That 30 mins will turn into 2 hours. I do not know what it is about the gym but its like I transform in there. I guess I can take a snack with me or increase my calories. MFP tells me i should be eating over 2000 calories and I am not eating that much but my doctor told me eating 1200-1500 calories is fine as long as I am eating 6 meals a day so i figure I will go doctor's route when it comes to the calorie intake0 -

An idea on how to eat back calories from exercise is you can eat them the day after. You eat your calorie goal, work out and burn 200 calories, then the next day eat half those back on top of your calorie goal.
A good way to think of the calorie deficit is over a weekly average not daily.0
