JM 30day or elliptical and running

I have a hard time exercising daily because of working lomg hours and having two kids. I switch between JM 30day and the elliptical/running. Right now I wamt to lose weight about 10lbs. I'm 139 now and want to be 129ish. What would be th3 best option for me to lose weight? ?? I hear a lot of ppl saying the JM is for more toning and not weight loss. Just looking for sugestions.

    JM, running and count calories. You should not make any real long term weight loss plans without strength training, cardio and permanent diet changes.

    Do which ever you like better and are more likely to do, even when you don't feel like it. I like the elliptical because I have to step up onto it. Once I'm there, I want to finish my workout before I get off. I also like that I can set my iPhone there and listen to music while I workout, which is a huge motivator for me to push hard. Since you are just starting, the most important thing is to do something and to do it regularly. Once you get into a routine, it is easy to add stuff if you want.

    Excellent choices! I suggest rotating between all three for variety.
