Workout leggings/pants won't stay!!!

I have this issue with any bottoms I wear. Everything falls down. Nothing will stay up. I'm constantly having to stop my workout to adjust my pants. There's also an issue with my shirt constantly rolling up. I have enough "curve" that you'd think things would stay on just fine. I do MMA so longer shirts are not an option (especially with ground work). Is there any solution to this problem? Does anyone know of any high waisted leggings that might work?

The cheap ones that I have from Superstore, all come with a draw string in the waist, so it's nice that I can just tighten them up. The more expensive ones that I have from the runningroom, have kind of a thicker band at the top, and they stay up really nicely! So, maybe its a price/quality thing?0

I have this problem with most tight sport pants, as i have thicker thigh and an *kitten*, but a small waist, so i have to pull them up all the time. I found that what works for me is either wearing REALLY tight pants, like skin tight, or baggy sweats and wearing them low, letting them kinda hang onto my hips.0

I have this problem too. Wide hips, big thighs, but a relatively small waist which makes finding the proper size hard.
Try going a size down. Most workout pants stretch a bit as you wear them the first few times, and ones that fit a bit on the tight side generally work better for me. Also try to find ones that are quite high waisted (mine generally go up to just below my belly button -- I feel like a total dork in them but I'd feel like more of a dork losing my pants on the treadmill, I suppose) and look for ones that have a thick waistband.
Even when I do those tricks, a lot of it just varies from brand to brand I find. I usually run in place and/or do a few jumping jacks in the change room to try and find ones that won't end up around my ankles. Good luck!!0 -

Yeah, definitely, Which is why i mostly go for sweats, or loose fitting pants with a tie at the waist. But you don't usually have that option with leggings or tight yoga pants. I actually only own one pair of tight sport capris that i don't have to constantly adjust. I think they are from Addidas (too lazy to look), and they are very very stretchy and super tight.0
