Protein filled snacks - Ideas?

Hey everyone! :) I need about 135 g of protein each day and I can manage with meals, but protein packed snacks are hard to find for me. Would love to hear some ideas from y'all..

  • My favorite protein packed snack is a glass of Twin Lab 100% whey protein - cookies and cream flavor. I take six ounces of water, a scoop of powder , and 1 cup of ice in my bullet (or blender) and ta...da....a Cookies and Cream milk shake that is pure protein. Tastes great and makes you really full.

    I'm addicted to greek yogurt. My favorite is Chobani vanilla non fat. 120 cal, 13 grams protein in 6oz.

    My protein intake is fairly high atm, cutting.


    I have a sweet tooth, so you can imagine the cravings i get. lol

    Have some stuff that worked for me,

    Get low fat cottage cheese, mix with berries of any kind, add a sweetener or honey your set. low car low fat high protein.

    another was a shake i call JYZZ SHAKE

    simply add all these ingredients into a blender.
    - skim milk
    - low fat cottage cheese
    - higher in fructose fruit, exp. Banana
    - Egg whites
    - dash of cinnamon
    - sweetener
    - ice

    once again, high protein shake right there.


    Use eggs, they can be really effective, plus pretty cheap.
    Egg scramble, simple add graded low fat cheese, shredded ham, veggies if you like and obviously eggs. taste amazing.
    suggest you add hint of lite sour cream to it, and season it.

    Cottage cheese, beef jerky.

    Do you use supplements or protein bars at all? My 'breakfast' is coffee and a protein bar when I'm on the go or at work.

    Beef Jerky.

    dannon light and fit greek yogurt
    clif BUILDERS 20 g of protein (compared to regular clif bars, 9g)
    Albacore tuna 1 can 48g (Costco)
  • Chocolate whey protein in coffee.

    ^^this^^ except #2 on list; cream and sugar. Whey protein shake though is good, or whey with coconut milk.......
