Hey guys i just started college last semester and lemme just say the freshman 15 is real if your really don't watch yourself lol. I gained around 20 pounds and I just can't seem to lose them. Before college I played on the varsity soccer team in highschool and did martial arts like muy Thai and tang soo do every day for like 2 hours. I use to weigh 110 and now I weigh 130. Sure I admit when I first came I ate so much and I see why I gained weight, late night mcdonalds with friends at 5am and eating food like Korean chicken with white rice. The last month I've been eating healthy though and haven't lost a single pound infact I gained weight which seems impossible. My problem isn't that I'm eating bad anymore but now that I'm in college I just eat more than I use to at home because it's made for me. At home I barely ate anything because my parents never made me food id always just eat a frozen meal late at night when I came home from sports. Now I eat more but I am eating healthier. I stopped eating any fast food and I don't drink anything but water. I use to be able to wear size 00 or a 24 pants size and now I can't even get them over my hips. I gained all my weight in my lower half and barely any in my stomach. I really wanna lose weight but it's so hard not having the best food choices since I don't have a kitchen in my dorm room. Like when I went home just for Christmas break I easily dropped 6 pounds by making healthy food like egg whites with spinach every morning for breakfast. Another thing is I'm college no more sports everyday for me I can only occasionally go to the gym which isn't nearly what I used to do. I'm only 5"2 and i really am trying to get my body back any ideas on how to lose this thigh fat and a little stomach fat as fast as is reasonably possible. I know I'm not going to magically drop it in a week. Oh and I'm 18 btw and I set my goal to net 1200 calories a day because my bmr is 1400 but I usually go over sadly but never over 1800. Any tips on how I can lose this leg flab I don't have time to exercise a lot which is depressing and I don't have the best food choices what do I do I'm desperate

Portion control. Don't eat everything you buy. Log in everything you eat. Even with not many choices, try and find what fills you up fast.0

Are you logging your food accurately ? your diary is closed.
1800 calories might mean no weight loss if you aren't that active so try to cap it at 1600 max for a month.0 -
According to Scooby (http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/) your BMR is 1421 and your TDEE is 1705 if you choose "sedentary." You should be eating somewhere between those two numbers. If you aren't losing on 1200, then you probably aren't counting your calories accurately.0
