put them on a salad.
you could do some kind of mediterranean inspired Israeli Couscous salad with tuna or something...throw in some kalamata olives and capers with the artichokes...that'd probably be pretty good.0 -
Blend them with chickpeas for artichoke hummus0

I used to love adding them to salads. Till I had an off one - only discovered when I bit into it and it was all black and rotten inside. Never been able to face them since! Shame really...0

I put them in my Italian sauces... with cannellini beans, tomatoes and garlic. NOM! Sometimes chicken.0

Chop them up finely and throw them in a pan with some lemon juice, garlic, capers, and chicken or vegetable broth. Add some cooked chicken breasts, and serve alone, or over pasta, couscous, quinoa, rice (whatever).0

Dice fine and mix with tuna and capers. Serve on a lettuce leaf as a starter.0

I use chicken tenders instead of a bone-in breast, and the onion soup mix doesn't have to be Knorr. Seriously easy and seriously tasty. Serve with pasta and/or a salad.0 -
