My view about a healthy lifestyle

I eat one time a day, as healthy as possible and I was running 20 minutes a day. My body is strong enough which I'm glad with that, if it wouldn't work, then I would be eating 2 times.
So I am going to add more ten minutes and drink one liter of milk everyday. I don't plan to stay like this forever, maybe in 5 years I have another lifestyle.
Some of you might think I'm nuts, but I like to have a lifestyle based on my standards and I do my own research which is not made of the smallest particles of details because I'm interested only in the big picture and I don't get confused nor being afraid of taking risks. I'd laugh at myself if I would be afraid of some foods now. I also know what kind of nutrition is necessary in my case. I've been told to eat three times a day, to not eat this and that too much, because I will get sick or weak, stuff like that. And I am not born with the best metabolism or the greatest body, everything is about hard work.
I guess there are others here who thinks the same, who actually works out and has a lifestyle by its own standards.
Many people will eat exactly 3-5 small meals per day, because some websites tells them so or the nutritionists themselves. Shouldn't there be more articles where they encourage people first to learn about their bodies' functions and what kind of nutrition they need, instead of shoving up their throats the ideal healthy lifestyle ?
The nutritionists will even tell you to eat some protein bars, which is still processed food, but that's not the point because it is actually about marketing; the real point is, that is a real huge difference if you choose to eat whatever you like, regardless of its quality, and eating what you've been told. I believe that when you decide to be healthy and your choices are thought by you, it means that your commitment becomes a part of you and things can get easier. What is your view about a healthy lifestyle ?

One plan will not work for everyone, no. I can't eat just once a day, I'd be heaving my guts out. So yes, tailored health plans are good. But not everyone is a special snowflake. Some basic biology will always apply universally across the board.

Healthy lifestyle for me: 1) Don't hurt yourself. 2) Don't hurt others. and above all - 3) Don't complicate it.

As per the part about nutrition bars -

Different strokes for different folks. It's great that program works for you! And if you can healthfully sustain that for a lifetime, than that's great! What works for some, may not work for others. That wouldn't work for me personally, but it's great that you are sharing what has been successful for you.

A healthy lifestyle for me is creating a program that suits your needs and not depriving yourself. Finding something that can last you a lifetime. Minding portion sizes, moderating how often you have "not so good for you" food and sticking to a healthy exercise routine. Something that keeps things fresh and fun for you! Being healthy shouldn't be a drag or a burden. It should be something we enjoy doing, and feel good about!

    Good luck!

I really wish Bodybuilding.com would stop banning people... then they would stop coming here.
