My first 4 weeks

I am so happy that I just need to share. I'm 64, and have been overweight, aching body and a lazy butt for a long time. I started here 1/19/14- four weeks ago, at 254. This morning, I am 238.7. 15.3 pounds, gone forever.
I flew through the 240's! I know that the rate of loss will slow down, but I am so active, and feel so damned good. Imagine how good I'll feel when I break 200!!!
Thank you all for the tips, success stories and everything else that these forums offer to us newbies. Now, back to my yummy salad.
