Exercise to lose this area?

Photo is not me. The area i brightened is the only thing that i hate in my body. Losing or gaining doesn't help it, it stays the same. I am 110 pounds and maintaining. My legs don't look like this, only that area. What should i do to lose that?

I was never overweight, i am not here to lose weight. Just thought i should say this.

I'll admit, I didn't look at the image because there is no way to eliminate fat from a specific area.
All-over fat loss is the only way.
If you are at a healthy weight already, it could just be your perception that needs to change.0 -

There are jeans for every body type. You just have to find the ones that work for you.
If you can't, then buy some at a high-end store like Nordstroms and have them tailored for you. Jeans last forever, so it is money well spent.0 -
Just re-comp...you need to hit the weight room and re-comp. It's a very slow process...people, including guys, work on that "bump" for a very long time. No one specific exercise is going to do it...you can't spot reduce...just start working a tried and true full body program and you will slowly re-comp. By slow, I mean months and years...it's not a matter of weeks or a couple of months. A true fitness body takes years to obtain.0

you can't spot reduce. you just have to keep losing fat until the part you don't like comes off.0

It's body fat, and the only way to lose it is to reduce your body fat. Depending on how your body carries fat, it may be the last place to go, you'll have to decide whether or not reducing your body fat to the level needed to make it go away is worth it.0

Yeah. I already answered your first question, then you added another issue (jeans) - no mater where you live, there are people who make their living altering clothing, so that's pretty much it.
You cannot spot reduce in any one particular area.
You can alter your clothing to fit you.

cwolfman13 is right it takes time and patience is a hard vrtue to master even with ourselves Work and work again and accept that we are a project in process It will happen. Mine is closer but still not where I would say my dream body would be.0

Exercise is great for burning calories. You need to be working to eat a little bit fewer calories than you need in order to lose weight. So exercise has several benefits: helps you to create a calorie deficit. 2) improves your cardiovascular health 3) MAY help you retain your lean body mass (muscles) when you are attempting to lose weight.

I want to gain muscle but never thought i had fat to lose.
okay, now we're getting somewhere.
Then, to gain muscle, use a Progressive Weight Lifting program like Stronglifts, New Rules, or something similar.0 -
Cardio, squats, and proper diet. In the past, taking up skateboarding really slimmed and toned my thighs down (had a prominent thigh gap at one point). Swimming, running, and dancing works too.0

cardio is basically weight lifting for your cardiovascular system. It isn't going to do much for you in RE to body composition and changing body composition. Cardio also burns more calories which allows you to accomplish the same goals whilst consuming more calories. A well rounded, fundamental fitness regimen is going to incorporate elements of both cardio vascular training and strength/resistance training. General fitness would have you doing roughly equal parts of both of those things.0 -
