Hi friends my name is Lewis and I want to gain a couple of pounds for my ten day diary plan.

    Just log all your food. You'll be there in no time.

    Consistency is the key with a little bit of discipline. So honour yourself and achieve your goal. :-)
  • This is Lewis Again posting some results from my daily diary fitness plan.
    I choose to eat the way i do to stay as healthy as I can. I ate some oak meal
    this morning with some turkey sausage and a cup of fruit juice with a glass
    of water on the side to drink also. For lunch I had a turkey salami sandwich
    and a bag of chips with a glass of water. I also had two glasses of water
    before lunch. i have to drink 75% my weight in water to reach my fitness
    goals. I will drink two more glasses of water before dinner. and dinner will
    be fried chicken with white rice and corn with a glass of water. before bed i
    i will eat some m&ms with peanuts follow by two to three cups of water. This
    is my Day 2 Fitness Diary Report.
