When to switch weekly loss goals?

I currently have MFP for me to loose 1.5 lbs a week and its been working great. I started off wanting to lose `70-80 lbs. I have lost ~ 35 lbs. I am just trying to figure out when to switch the goal to 1 lb and ultimately .5 lb loss/week goals.

Well, here's the ideal loss for lbs/wk if this helps:
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal0 -
I personally switched mine when it pushed my calories lower than I wanted to go. I had 143lbs to lose when I started so set it to 2lbs a week which had me at almost 1800 as I lost it lowered my goal every 10 lbs I lost. I went down to 1500 or so and wasn't happy so switched to 1.5lbs a week which bumped me back up to just over 1700. I like 1700 plus I eat back some of my exercise calories so usually end up around 1900 or so a day when I exercise.
