Bodylogix

Today, my husband and I were perusing protein powders/meal replacement/recovery mixes in Shoppers and came across the bodylogix line. As per my usual, I'd like to read some reviews of people who have used any of their products so that I can make an informed decision as to whether or not I'd like to try them.

I have used Bodylogix after my long runs for protein to aid recovery. It is a protein "shake" not a meal replacement. You will still feel hungry after if that is all you are eating for a meal.

    The taste is good (chocolate).

I just started using the vanilla protein + fibre and I like it. I add it to shakes with fruit, milk and yogurt...helps with my protein goal and seems to keep me full a bit longer. My trainer also suggested adding it to oatmeal.

I sometimes use protein powder if I've fallen short, but I've always wondered why people want to know what the experience has been from other people about a particular product. I see it as protein and asking that question would be contextually the same as asking how different brands of chicken breasts have effected their goals and weight loss....just talking out loud....later.

I'm not asking about just the protein powder. I'm asking because (where we saw it) it was marketed as "weight loss supplements." I don't trust anything under that banner without asking around to see what the deal is. If I was only asking about the protein powder, I can see why that would be confusing, but I see the three of you have only talked about the protein powder and not the Pre-Workout/Post-Workout formulas or the Jumpstart supplement kit or the app. I'm curious about the whole line, not just the protein powder - though it is good to know that the powder doesn't taste awful.
