Time I said hi

I'm 6' looking to get down from 393 (11/27/13) to ~200-225, depending on what I can reach by slimming down. So far I've made it from 393 to 341 as of last monday and I'll weigh in again this evening when I get out of bed. I'm a night shifter about to start hitting the gym now that I've dropped a bit of weight.

  • I'm on every day myself; a lot of my friends picked it up too, not sure if they really want to get in shape or if they're just being supportive, but I'm staying on their *kitten*!
