Hi all, 37 yrs young bloke.

Looking for some additional motivation on here. Used the site before and got great results, so back with my tail between my legs and starting afresh.

I'm honest, swear alot, but I'm here to get fit and healthily again.

    Howdy fellow Brit!

    I'm a fellow Brit hailing from sunny Glasgow ! I appear to suffer the same affliction and got deleted recently because I swear too much lol oh well ! One of these things I guess , I have the marmite effect, you'll love me or hate me but I work hard and train like a beast! I've lost 115 llbs in 9 months so going strong and not planning on stopping anytime soon !
