Oats or Ezekiel for breakfast? Ezekiel filling?

Hey guys,
So I'm wondering...in terms of nutrition, which is better and more filling for breakfast? I've been doing the oats, half a banana, handful of blueberries, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and pumpkin pie spice in my oats and it's delicious and filling, but how would an Ezekiel cinnamon raisin english muffin with 1 tbsp natural pb compare to this? Sorry if this is dumb, I'm kind of a newbie!

I eat oatmeal every morning along with my egg whites and I find it very satisfying and filling. I've also tried ezikeal bread and don't find it nearly as satisfying as my oatmeal. The slices are very small and don't really fill me up. Just my experience. Nutritionally I'm not sure which is better, I'm just going by my satisfaction scale.0
