Hello I'm new to the site. Need to drop 50 big lbs and keep them off. Also watching sodium intake due to cardiomyopathy. I just had knee surgery so exercise is minimal for now. I'm a 59 year young grandmother who is used to being active but knee and heart issues have knocked me of my feet . Time for a serious life style change. Glad I found this site.
