Hi All,

I've been on this site for about 3 weeks now and thought it was time to introduce myself. I'm enjoying reading the posts and tracking my calories. I lost 8 pounds on my own and since joining MFP lost another 2... another 30 to go!

    One meal at a time, one day at a time. Not to worry about how many pounds to go. Just stay on track, accurately weigh/measure every single item that goes in your mouth and RECORD IT on your food diary here.

    hello i have a question if i log my foods and exercise everyday will i lost a pound a week or so ?
