Music and Workouts

Options
I am a believer that music can definitely make your work out better. I am at a loss for new tunes to go with my workout...

I would love some suggestions for warm ups, a kick *kitten* "sweat your *kitten* off routine", scool downs, stretching, and even yoga...

For some reason, I hear music and think "I want that" then later on I forget what it was I heard...lol...

Any suggestions would be great....

I can't stop- Flux Pavillion- my go to warm up- has a steady 4/4 (I think it' sa 4/4) whatever it's a consistent beat- so it' locks in with whatever warm up I do- I usually do KB swings or rowing- it's great for stead state warm ups.

I don't have sweat your *kitten* off music- I just listen to whatever I'm feeling- either alternative/pop/dance stuff or angry baby eating music.

    I'm not picky.
    Work Bi*tch by Britney
    Rock This- Santigold
My World- Bounce- Change your life- Iggy Azeala (fab)
    Hard out Here- Lily Allen
Talk Dirty- 2 chainz/jason Deruelo (PSA HE TOTALLY RIPPED OFF BALKEN BEAT BOX FOR THIS SONG- the trumpet stuff is NOT his- still a fun song- but just wanted to let you all know)

All kind of my jams right now

otherwise- OTEP, In This Moment (Yeah I know not high class - still like her) Breaking Benjamine, Tool, Three days Grace (gah- love) Arch Enemy- Rammstein- Disturbed- you know- the usual suspects. LOL

    that's my go too stuff.

DJ Mind-X is what I am doing now. It is pretty good to take your mind off the burn and into the workout.

Check out some killer stuff (at least in my opinion) from DJ HeavyGrinder:

    https://soundcloud.com/djheavygrinder

She does these amazing Electro Metal remixes that will just blow your mind...

In addition to her stuff, anything fast and metal is usually good in my book, lot of techno / electro stuff as well - KMFDM really take a workout up a level

My list has gotten really long, but some of my faves (I'll even skip others I'm not feeling to get to these)

    Psycho Killer - Talking Heads
Head Like A Hole - NIN
Love Rollercoaster - Red Hot Chili Peppers
Pumped Up Kicks - Foster The People
I Don't Feel Like Dancing - Scissor Sisters

Oddly enough, I wasn't sure about throwing in some more laidback classic rock, but I get pretty psyched when Sgt Peppers or Baba OReilly comes on during strength training...

The two songs I always reach for when I feel like I have nothing left and want to give up. They help me visualize my goals and push through:
