30 and getting back into it

Hi I'm Jessica,

Used to work out pretty regularly then two years ago got into an accident and hurt my back on my dirt bike. Haven't been able to work out since. Finally easing my way back into it over the last month. Got back onto MFP to really hone in my diet. Any support or suggestions welcome. Friends welcome also.

  • Our little group does the Leslie Sansone Walking work out DVD's .... 3 miles in 45 minutes and a good starting point-low impact. Good Luck!
