PB2 + Coffee

Not bad.. The PB2 doesn't desinigrate (sp?) all the way which makes sense because it's technically ground peanuts but it makes a nice flavor substitute for sugar free syrups if you don't mind your coffee not very sweet.

Other online recipies suggest adding almond milk or using Chocolate PB2 which sounds amazing but I only have regular coffee and regular PB2 on hand. Maybe would reccomend adding ice and a half a banana and blending to make a mocha/pb2/banana smoothie?

    That smoothie sounds incredible.

I used to own some PB2 when I was eating at lower numbers. I'm seriously considering buying it just to put in shakes and smoothies.

I do like to mix Carnation Instant Breakfast into my coffee instead of/in addition to milk. The no sugar added kind. It's basically a chocolate multivitamin with protein and fiber in it.
