I need to focus on losing weight for the wedding in 3 months, at least 25 lbs. :flowerforyou:

You may be disappointed if you think that you can lose 2+ pounds a week consistently every week. Actually, I think it sets you up for failure to put a deadline on weight loss or fitness. I'd just focus on putting together a sustainable plan, stay with it every day, and buy a gorgeous dress. Make it your real goal to be healthy and fit for your future grandchildren and beyond.
I also wanted to look great at my daughter's wedding, which was the same summer as my 40th high school reunion. I lost 33 pounds. But I started 16 months before the wedding.0 -
I have started so many times, I walk a lot and have lost some weight since I quit working three years ago. I think I have an addiction to food and posting my food and exercise I am able to see what I am doing is helping me. I really need to lose for my health and I know what I should do, I just struggle doing it because I love snacking. I know I am worth so much more. I am working on the change of my mindset about food. The wedding is a motivation to kick start a weight management plan.0
