IIFYM/weightlifing folks out there?

I'm new to IIFYM way of eating, (If It Fits your macros) I had my macros calculated by a trainer; www.kmaecags.com and i love to lift heavy weights and want to maintain my muscle while losing fat, so i'm not cutting my cals too deep. looking for some fellow IIFYM folks, fitness loving folks, or just supportive folks in general. I've been on the roller coaster for far too long! Goal is to lose about 45lbs of bodyfat, not body weight... I'm tracking my BF % each week in addition to my scale weight and waist measurement...
