Hi!

Hi! I have had this account for a while now (from September 2011 apparently) and I made an attempt to lose weight last May and managed to lose about 12lbs, then stopped for reasons I don't remember. I'm a uni student living in halls and so now I completely control all of my food (as opposed to being at home where my parents buy the food) and so I have decided to give it another go. I managed to maintain my weight and started logging food again about 5 weeks ago.
I'm 5'8 and my highest weight was 196lbs but got down to 184lbs in May. In these past 5 weeks I have lost 14lbs taking me down to 170lbs.
I'm not sure what my goal weight is really, and I feel like I'll know closer to getting there.
I've always read the forums but only ever posted once a few weeks ago but I feel like it'd be nice to start posting and having friends to share the experience with. :smile:
