I went to the website that has the bmi calculators, etc and if I entered my information correctly it has my bmr as 1599 calories and my calories I should be eating a day at 2114.
This is my info that I entered
Weight 204
age : 49
Female
body fat % - 29%
If I put my goal weight at 135 lbs it says my calories are under so I ended up putting my goal weight at 150 lbs . My activity is moderate - I go to the gym and do cardio for about 40-45 minutes a day 4-5x a week
Do these numbers seem right for the amount of calories - If I read the page right the 2114 calories includes me exercising so I don't have to worry about adding or subtracting anything. When I do my goals on mfp it gives my calories for the day at 1358
Which number do I try to aim for??
Thanks for your help

The way I understand it is if you are going to use the MFP site, then use their information.

Your exercise does not count in your daily given calories. When you exercise, you log it on MFP and then it gives you calories back to eat.

    Hope this helps.
