Nature box question

I got the groupon deal last week and I'm waiting for my first box, but the site totally confuses me. It says the order is processing and will ship on the 13th (of February, lol). I've picked my snacks and they still show on the left side. Customer service told me it's normal that it takes a while to process the first time, but once it ships, will the snack list be reset so I can pick new ones for next month? It's not clear at all.

    You are going to LOVE nature box!! I got 2 of the groupons and have one sent to work. It does take a while. They'll send you an email when it ships.

    I've found that some of the snacks are changed each month. What you previously ordered will stay in your box until you change it. I'd recommend waiting until you try it all to take things out because if it's removed from the site due to changes, you can still get it if it's in your box.

    Ok so I guess I have to wait until I get my box to remove the snacks if I want to try new ones?

    I got the canberry almond bites, sourdough cheddar pretzels, honey crunch crisps, cocoa waffle wafers, pear praline crunch... tons of very healthy things as you can tell. It will be a very good exercise in moderation for sure.

    But thanks for the heads up, I already see two of those that I can't find on the site anymore.

    You don't have to wait but if you don't, something you like might be unavailable.

    I measure it out and put it in snack bags so I know what I'm eating.

    The only downside is that you have to put them all in under "my food" because they aren't on the food list.

    I absolutely love Nature Box! I keep a spare set of measuring cups in my food drawer at work. I have found all of my snacks on the list. Key in Nature Box and they will load.

    I get their graze box. Once I have eaten the snacks, I'll log in and rate the snacks. So far, I've only had one repeat, as the site picks what it will send me based on my likes and dislikes of what it's sent so far.

    I do graze box too but it's not the same site.

    I'll just weigh my portion every time I think... it's what I typically do with big bags of snacks anyway.
