Nerd fitness bodywieght workout

Just started on Nerd fitness beginners body weight workout. Anyone else
have good results? I'm doing the workouts 3 times a week with light cardio
on the alt days, I use a recombant bike because I recently had foot surgery so I cant jog just yet
Doing it for strength and toning, Im 5'6 120 to 125 lbs.

    Just going to start my Nerd Fitness Beginners Body Weight workout tonight. I've done it before but not for any length of time. How are you making out? How do you track it?

    I have done the Nerd Fitness Beginners Body Weight workout and had great results. I ended up adding in dumbbells as I got stronger. I also did some sort of cardio on my alternating days. If you do it correctly, without resting in between exercises and sets, it is a serious cardio workout too, so that's how I tracked it. Good luck! I am doing Insanity now and then Chalean Extreme after that.

    thanks for the input! It doesn't seem like much but I am sweating at the end of the workout, I have to do it modified because I can't bend my toes (foot surgery) so I do kickbacks and side lunges instead of lunges. I've been using a 10lb dumbell for the rows and added on 10 bicep curls on each side to make up for some of the stuff I physically can't do. I've been doing it for about a month now. I do feel a difference in the weight, a 10lb is starting to feel light! going to figure out a way to increase it without having to buy a new set of dumb bells lol
