Hi guys!
I seem to have plateaued at 160 pounds. I am unsure how many calories would be ideal for me to consume? I sit for 8 hours a day and am currently doing p90x3 on average I burn around 400 cals each day from doing the workouts. I feel like 1200 calories (recommended by mfp) would be too little?
Help? Lol
Thanks

I'd say 1200 is probably unnecessary, even without knowing your height. Try an online calculator to get a better estimate.

I am 5'10 and 140, and I lose weight eating 1500 + my exercise calories. 1200 is too low for someone our height, in general and that is most likely why you have stalled. I would up it a bit.0
