That's too much to lose too soon. A healthy rate of weight loss is 1-2lbs per week (around 0.5-1 kg per week).0

then in two months0

Few people have responded to this, possibly because they think you're trolling.
Why do you want to lose so much weight so quickly? If you read through the Success Stories section in the forums, you'll note that every story takes place over a long, long period of time - 6 months to cut the initial weight, often about 50% of the target weight, then another 6-18 months to grind down the remaining weight.
To give an indication of what you would have to do to lose 15kg in 2 months, you would need to burn through 1900 calories per day above and beyond your calorie intake.
For me - a fit and healthy male - this is the equivalent of a high intensity 90 minute run per day, ie 16-18km. Every day. For 60 days.
Or 2 hours on a bike at high intensity, approx 50km. Every day. For 60 days.
All without increasing the amount eaten (and assuming eating to a set calorie plan per day).
So you can see why this goal may be seen as quite farfetched.0 -
That's an unhealthy goal...and nobody here is going to help you with that, except to say that it's an unhealthy goal.
Eat at a reasonable calorie deficit, like 500 cals below maintenance (maintenance being the amount of calories needed to maintain your current weight. For health, and to be able to eat more, exercise!
That's all it takes to lose weight. Really. Don't make it complicated.0 -
Eat healthy, try jogging up stairs that burns a lot of calories.. but even then that's too much weight to loss it in a month...
Stay on Track !!!0 -

"Realistic" weight goals - with "minimal" exercise. If you have not started and you commence Week 1 with 30 mins active cardio - fast pace walking as fast as you can, "10,000 steps" on average on a given day and eating a healthy diet (based on this site recommendations). You could expect 0.5 to 0.75KG loss per week. This could be higher in the initial weeks but it will even out. So this would be 20 - 30 weeks.
If you area looking for quicker loss - you would need to create more calorie deficit though other exercise while maintaining healthy food intake. So if you are really motivated you could expect 1.0 to 1.5 KG per week - but this is a real stretch target - so with the right focus determination and program you could be there in 10 - 15 weeks.
It is all about how focused you are - is faster loss again possible - yes but once you get into 1.5+ (around 3lbs) KG per week your body can start to shrink too fast leading to saggy skin you can risk gall stones etc.... this is why most will say it is unhealthy rate to lose 15 KG in a month.0 -
May I ask why the time limit?Is it to motivate you to push?
How much weight total do you have to lose?
Rule of thumb for healthy loss
1-15lbs ->.5lb/week
15-30lbs -> 1lb/week
30-45lbs -> 1.5lb/week
45&above-> 2lb/week0 -
