edited February 14 in Success Stories
I feel very bad about the lack of progress i have made since february so i decided to post this for myself. I lost 14lbs in about 2 months eating 1200-1500 cals a day working out 6 hours per week. I am upping my protein this week to hopefully get me off this 3 week plataeu i've been on.

that's me with the scarf on thanksgiving....

Slow and steady always wins. Are you tracking your measurements? Scale never tells the full story. Keep working and you will get to your goal.

Wow you look beautiful!! How tall are you? For exercise do you do cardio and weights? I was on 1200 cals per day when I didn't exercise and 1200 + the number of cals I burned on days I exercised. The circuits training made my muscles SO huge - not only did I gain 7 kgs I couldn't get into my t-shirts as the arms and over the chest area were too tight!!! :-( Has anyone else had this problem?
I have since stopped weights completely and am just doing 6 hours of cardio (spinning and cycling) per week, with 1500 cals a day. Let's see how that goes........

I do 4 days cardio and 2 days strength training per week, i may be switching this up now to half and half due to my plataeu.

Congratulations!!! You look great! And I love scarves, too :)

Are you using a digital scale? That often helps people break their plateau, because they are eating more than they thought.

i am using a digitial scale. I think my problems are sodium, sugar and artificial sweetners....
