Bicycle computer that syncs w/o taking my phone

I'm looking for a bike computer that will sync with MFP and I don't want to take my phone for the ride. Mainly I don't want to drain my battery that much...it appears endomodo sucks battery(plus you have GPS enabled). I would like something for my bike much like the fitbit. It syncs when I get back and close to my phone or ipad.

Any one know of such a device????

    I am unsure of such a device, but am relatively interested. I just use a CatEye and input the info in.

    That is what I've done in the past, I'm just trying to be lazy about my exercise tracking...

    Haha. I understand for sure. I just use my phone now (Strava). Doesn't drain the battery to bad on mine luckily.

    I did get an email today about this new release. Not sure if it will do what you are looking for.
