WYSIWYG...working on losing 50+ lbs in the real world

I have been on MFP for 3 years and just used it on and off until recently. I am trying to log daily. I have made some progress in an accountability group over the last few months, so I started one here. I called it "40 is the new 20" because I turn 40 in less than a month. I am also not your cheerleadery type - just what you see is what you get. There's no place for judgement, because none of us is perfect - heck I just ate ice cream on valentine's day for dinner - but I logged it!

I had hoped to meet my goal by now, but it didn't work out that way. I actually made peace with that. The last year of clean eating and getting back into working out SLOWLY has forced me to make permanent changes to my lifestyle that will get me there.
